What you are buying. Hand-forged work made to order. Each piece is made individually, so dimensions, texture and colour vary within reason. Photographs show representative pieces, not the exact item you will receive.
Personalisation. We forge or mark exactly what you send us. Check your spelling, dates and initials before ordering — we cannot remake a personalised piece for a typo at our cost.
Prices and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change. If we cannot make something you have paid for, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Use and safety. Fire tools, branding irons and cookware are functional tools. Use them as intended and keep them away from children. Read the Instructions & Care page.
Returns are covered on the Returns page.
